JB Hi-Fi Rockingham City

A very congested retail. Lots of foot traffic flow in from mall. A huge range of products. I especially liked the glasses that have speakers built in to lenses. The staff are very approachable and polite, thats a good trait. I took pics of the televisions side by side for a comparison, Samsung, Sony and LG. I actually liked the Hisense tv a very crystal clear picture that stood out.

JB used to be a fun shop browse, they never have any stock, any time I go in there, they can't help me. They sell a phone but none of the accessories you need. Bring back the good old JB

The guy trying to sell my wife a phone was absolutely terrible. Didn't once ask what she was intending to use it for and very rude and arrogant. Then decided to tell us the phone she wanted that was the same as mine had a 5 year old rubbish processor. Then i showed him the processor was the exact same as the one he was trying to sell her for 600 more. We walked away and purchased the phone she wanted from another company. Its put me off ever shopping there again. Very sad

Waited far too long for customer service to pick up a call. Rang back, but it still took far too long. I wanted to know if they had the stock before coming down for pick up. But I got no response, so I went elsewhere..

I just love browsing at JB HiFi, even if I don't actually buy anything. Staff are warm and friendly and attempt to serve you from the moment you walk in. Prices are more than competitive, also I love their specials. I especially like their TV products but they have a range of just about anything electrical or electronic, the electrical probably as a result of buying out The Good Guys franchises.

I've never had a worse experience with a staff serving " me.My partner and I went into the store with the intention of buying a specific product (astros A50s) whether it was in stock or not. This item was for me and not my partnerWhen I went to the section the staff came up asking if I needed any assistance and I asked if the item was available. He replied with and I quote "can I ask why you want this product". I told him my reasoning even though it was none of his business and he said it was sold out. He then proceeded to try and upsell me a product that was $400 above my budget and I didnt want another. Also would like to add he was only directly talking to my partner even though myself and my partner told him the astros A50s for ME.We told him we'll look around and he left and came back saying if i really want the item we can purchase the astros A50 at rockingham and click and collect at Cockburn or Mandurah. Again only directly looking and talking to my partner.We only did it that way because I didn't want to risk having the product being sold out as we get to Cockburn and we were already at a jbhifi store might as well do it there and then.You can clearly tell the staff only wanted the sale as he was desperately wanted to upsell a product $400 above my budget (again i wanted the A50s)and he came across extremely misogynist he was only directly giving eye contact and talking to my partner and not me.I've never seen this staff and I assume he's new as we're regular at rocko jbhifi.Please inform your staff on how to not pressure customer into upselling & only if customer ask if there's item similar available."

Sale staff very well trained .not pushy sales .differentiate between two companies product and leave it on us to decide

Love a visit here, even if it's just for a browses. Great prices and deals.

We were served by a delightful young lady by the name of Tina, she was very knowledgeable and was very keen to make sure we got the right product to suit our needs

Purchased a TV and was informed that I should have it delivered for safety as it had to be kept uprightThat was fine, as I was told it would get delivered the next day.This was not the case , received a phone call in the afternoon stating that my tv didn't get put on the run for that day so delivery would have to be the following day.Next day came, I rang in the afternoon to enquire about my delivery and was told it wasn't coming today.Delivery would have to be the next day. I understand that delivery can depend on many thingsBut consumer's shouldn't have to chase up when delivery is coming.Weekend was ruined as I was waiting in for delivery.
