Informative and friendly staff. They seem to like their job. Minus one star because I asked for help and was told they would get someone. After 20 minutes, there was no one to help. I asked someone else, and I got help about 5ish (rounding down) minutes.

We had a fantastic experience here. Ellie was a great help with getting a new laptop for our daughter to start school with and EOFY sales were a big bonus 20% off.We brought a printer aswell and again the technical knowledge and assistance was a big help.

I've never had experience as bad as today. The staff spent more time chatting to each other than helping customers.I was in the store for 15 minutes and not one person said hello. At one point four staff were huddled with one customer whilst I was standing there and waiting to be supported

The staff at JBHIFi need to show duty of care when it comes to selling phones and devices to people who aren't tech savvy. Selling a completely different operating system to the phone or tablet that they are used to and then refusing to exchange it for the operating system they know leaves vulnerable people with a tech barrier with much bigger barrier than they originally started with. In a day and age where finding housing, jobs, dealing with government departments, and banking all need to happen in line, this kind of thoughtlessness shown by your sales team can very well lead to an older person feeling like they can't cope anymore.Know betterDo better

I just want thank James for his exceptional customer service in handling my request to replace my microwave (my microwave was sparking when being used). He has been extremely friendly and awesome throughout the interaction despite the extremely busy time in store.
