Worst service with jbhifi and square trade. I have phone insurance and paid $249 excess stating I will have a new phone within 2hrs of payment.They were fast to take my money still waiting and it's been over 7 days for them to call me regarding a new phone. Been to the Midland branch and called the Armadale store a couple of times. All they have been saying is they are a third party and can't doing anything about the process but jbhifi is the company drawing out $12.95 out of my account monthly for the policy.Me or my family will not be shopping here again!!

Don't trust them at all! Paid $750 for an old iPhone. Took it back straight away, took 7 weeks for them to say it was fine! Obviously it wasn't since I had to buy a new cheap phone. Don't trust them as far as you can spit on them, NOT HAPPY JAN

Love shopping here.....there's a but though....you guys put price and security stickers on the transformers....for a collector we want them too be mint in box and those security stickers are really,really hard to remove. Would love if you guys could put a couple out the back so you could get collectors one untouched:)

It was a good price to get in staff was friendly the place was clean I personally fond it boring after 10 to 15 minutes but that dose nit mean someone else won't I was with a group some of us found it boring the others really enjoyed it you have to go and make up you own mind on it

Our family regularly uses this store and has always found the service to be good. When a recent purchase was not to the standard I was expecting, they were willing to find a solution without fuss. I especially recognise the manager Tristan for his time, effort and practical solution.

I was a customer looking a little lost and not 1 person came up to me dispite them all standing around talking to eachother, and looking around at customers. I had seen them looking my way and had made eye contact a few times.I then went up to the counter to ask for assistance and it took a few seconds and 1 bloke came to help and even then it seemed like a bother. Most disinterested staff I've ever seen
